At Extra Nyce, we’re committed to getting your supplements to you quickly, securely, and with no B.S. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

During high-volume periods (like launches or sales), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not yet available — but we’re working on it.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather, or other factors.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.
Shipping Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it — but you’ll be responsible for the new shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package:

Double-check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors.

Contact the carrier to report the issue.

Note: We are not responsible for stolen packages, but we will do everything we can to assist you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery at marisap@extranyce.com with:
